The Feathers Inn - which has just won RSPCA award 2011 for the Best Pub and Best Gastropub in Britain and strangely not included in The Daily Telegraph Review of UK Pubs.

Oooh, these look nice. I'm always on the look-out for new places to eat when I come over.
Have I been ignoring you? A post about good pubs was bound to bring me back! I'm not sure we have any decent pubs down south anymore...I must head north
Yes expatmum and NB - I'm going to try and 'mix it up a bit' on the blog now. I know that there is more here than just the Romans (much as I love 'em).... :-)
